TERMS OF USE — FLYWISE

1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flywise mobile application (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Flywise provides estimated travel timing, airport planning insights, and weather-based journey guidance. The App is provided for informational purposes only.
By downloading, accessing, or using Flywise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
Flywise is a decision-support tool, not a guaranteed travel planning service.
The App:
- Provides estimated recommendations only
- Uses modelling, assumptions, and third-party data
- Does not account for all real-world variables
Flywise is not:
- A real-time traffic control system
- An airline, airport authority, or transport provider
- A substitute for official travel advice
3. CRITICAL DISCLAIMER (READ THIS CAREFULLY)
All outputs generated by Flywise:
- Are approximate estimates only
- May be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate
- Are provided without any guarantees
You agree that:
- You will not rely solely on the App for travel decisions
- You will allow additional buffer time for journeys
- You remain fully responsible for your travel planning
Flywise shall not be liable for:
- Missed flights
- Delays
- Financial loss
- Disruption to travel plans
- Any indirect or consequential damages
This applies regardless of whether the issue arises from:
- Data inaccuracies
- System errors
- Third-party data failures
- App downtime
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
By using Flywise, you agree to:
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Verify all travel plans independently
- Ensure sufficient time for airport arrival
- Use your own judgment when acting on App outputs
You must not:
- Misuse or attempt to exploit the App
- Reverse engineer or tamper with functionality
- Use the App in a way that may cause harm or disruption
5. NO WARRANTIES
Flywise is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no warranties or representations, including:
- Accuracy of calculations
- Reliability of outputs
- Availability of the App
- Fitness for a particular purpose
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free
- The App will be uninterrupted
- Data will always be current or correct
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Flywise shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
- Loss of income, business, or opportunity
- Travel-related losses (including missed flights)
- Decisions made based on App outputs
Total liability (if any) is limited to:
- £0.00 (zero pounds) where permitted by law
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
7. THIRD-PARTY DATA AND SERVICES
Flywise relies on third-party data sources, including but not limited to:
- Weather providers
- Airport/aviation data
- Mapping and routing services
We:
- Do not control these services
- Do not guarantee their accuracy
- Accept no responsibility for their failures
Any disruption, delay, or error in third-party data is outside our control.
8. APP AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee that the App will:
- Always be available
- Be free from bugs or errors
- Operate without interruption
We may:
- Modify or remove features
- Suspend or withdraw the App
- Perform maintenance without notice
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within Flywise, including:
- Design
- Layout
- Features
- Calculations and logic
Is owned by or licensed to us.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute
- Modify or create derivative works
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
10. DATA AND PRIVACY
Use of the App is also governed by the Flywise Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you agree to how data is collected and processed as described in that policy.
11. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, if:
- You breach these Terms
- Misuse of the App is detected
- Continued operation is not viable
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
12. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Flywise does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Travel advisory services
- Safety-critical guidance
All information is general and informational only.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our control, including:
- Network outages
- Third-party service failures
- Weather events
- Infrastructure disruptions
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time.
Updates:
- Take effect upon publication
- Continue to apply with ongoing use of the App
Continued use of Flywise constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of:
England and Wales
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using Flywise, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You accept all limitations and disclaimers
- You use the App entirely at your own risk
