Local information remains on your device unless it is synchronised with the Factle! server, deleted by you, removed through app functionality or removed when the app’s local storage is cleared.

Deleting the app may remove information stored only on your device. Information already synchronised with the server may not automatically be deleted merely because the app is removed.

3. Information Factle! Does Not Intend to Collect

Factle! does not require you to provide:

• New progress may be stored locally
• Server-based rankings may not update immediately
• Friend activity may not be available
• Synchronisation may be delayed

When connectivity returns, Factle! may automatically retry pending synchronisation requests.

Although reasonable measures are used to maintain data consistency, local information could be lost if:

• You delete the app
• You clear the app’s data
• Your device is lost or damaged
• Your device storage becomes corrupted
• A software or operating-system failure occurs

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your device where required.

7. Sharing of Information

Factle! does not sell your personal data.

These calculations are used for gameplay, progress tracking and friendly competition.

Rankings and percentiles may change as more players participate, new statistics are synchronised or scoring calculations are updated.

18. Children’s Privacy

Factle! is a general-audience word puzzle and trivia game.

The app is not intended to encourage children to disclose personal information. Users should not include their real name, school, location, contact details or other identifying information in a username or biography.

Where Factle! is used by a child, a parent or guardian should review the app’s profile and privacy settings and help the child understand:
