A request may be refused or limited where permitted by law, including where it is manifestly unfounded, excessive or cannot be securely linked to the requester.
16. Deleting Your Information
Where an account or profile deletion feature is available, you may use it to request deletion of server-held profile and gameplay information associated with your Factle! installation.

18. Children’s Privacy
Factle! is a general-audience word puzzle and trivia game.
The app is not intended to encourage children to disclose personal information. Users should not include their real name, school, location, contact details or other identifying information in a username or biography.

External services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
Factle! is not responsible for the privacy practices, security or content of an external service that it does not control.

21. Device Permissions
Factle! may request device permissions only when required for a feature.
Permissions may include notifications and other features introduced in future versions.
You can review or change permissions through your device settings.
Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from functioning, but should not prevent access to unrelated features unless the permission is essential to the operation of the app.
